Mechanical equipment/system installations Troubleshooting of mechanical systems, testing of machines and documentation Support for qualification releases (e.g. FAT, MSA, KO release) Creation/change of relevant machine documentation Cooperation in the defined project teams Support for acceptance runs internally and at the customer, as well as carrying out training courses Active support of the plants in optimizing production facilities Contribution of ideas and their implementation in the area of responsibility Qualifications Specialist knowledge as acquired during a 3-year technical apprenticeship (e.g. industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician) and expanded through relevant advanced training on installation and maintenance of equipment(master craftsman, technician or comparable) Specification and implementation of mechanical systems Construction, assembly and commissioning of special machines and systems Maintenance and repair of our facilities Good IT user skills (e.g. MS Office, especially Excel/PowerPoint) Skills to identify and express risks Complexity of required communication Problem solving skills and critical thinking Framework conditions and instructions the job is bound to regarding solving upcoming problems Macedonian: business fluent (required), English good (required), German skills would be an advantage Ability to transfer expertise to new situations Decision- making ability Stable and strong personality Strong communication skills both internally and externally utilizing networking and exchanging best practices Possesses intercultural sensitivity and understanding, with the ability to work collaboratively an international business environment Team player, Proactive, Well motivated Willingness to international business travel within the first month of the employment Employment will be with our company in the Republic of North Macedonia Additional Information All applicants are considered without any regard to color, creed, religion, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, marital status, veteran status, disability, genetic information, citizenship status or membership, or any other legally protected status.
