Your Opportunity We are looking for a Mechanical Technician to support our contracts and projects across the UAE. Key Accountabilities Execute planned and reactive maintenance tasks on mechanical systems and services, updating records daily Identify and procure necessary materials or components, ensuring repairs meet approved standards Monitor utility consumption and update records accordingly Perform maintenance and repairs on systems such as cooling, potable water, hot water, pumps, actuators, pipework, valves, drainage, and fuel systems Follow risk assessments and standard operating procedures during maintenance and repair activities Troubleshoot mechanical control systems, identifying faulty parts and replacing them as needed Specific Requirements Minimum five years of experience in mechanical building services within commercial buildings, hospitals, or other facilities management environments Strong technical understanding of building mechanical systems and associated equipment Proficient in mechanical planned maintenance and repair services Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant vocational training certificates in mechanical building services preferred Join Us At Serco, we believe there is a place here for everyone.
