Description
This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical systems in all areas of the brewery. This role is for 3rd shift weekends 7:00PM - 7:00AM Saturday - Sunday and 11:00PM - 7:00AM Monday - Tuesday. $6/hr premium for hours worked between 6:00PM-6:00AM. Essential Duties: • Maintains, monitors, troubleshoots, and repairs mechanical systems • Collects and analyzes test results • Research repair/replacement parts and installs equipment • Assists other mechanics when needed. • Other duties as assigned Education/ Experience/Skills: • High school diploma plus 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent • Basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, chemical handling skills and abilities • Basic working knowledge of building codes • Basic math and writing skills • Ability to be part of on-call mechanical program • Ability to read and interpret, instructions, policies, and regulations Working Conditions: Brewery, Distribution Center, Production Areas Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift objects weighing up to 80lbs., and carry objects weighing up to 47lbs up to 100 feet. • Ability to push/pull weights up to 75 lbs. and maintain the grip strength required to carry objects including buckets and boxes. • Must show fine motor dexterity. • Demonstrate their ability to climb stairs, stoop, crawl, twist, squat and reach overhead. • The position requires frequent, constant standing and walking. Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Bell’s and New Belgium's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, or other position-related reasons.
