The Opportunity We are seeking Mechanical Technicians to provide hands-on support to our aircraft manufacturing and development activities. These roles sit at the core of first-build aircraft production — you'll be working directly on real aircraft, contributing to something that matters. If you have a background in mechanical assembly from aerospace, motorsport, automotive, marine, or another precision industry, we want to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing: Assemble major aircraft structures including wings, tails, and fuselage assemblies from first build Install and integrate internal structures, flight control systems, servos, and aircraft systems Perform mechanical integration of major assemblies to support efficient aircraft build and development Work from engineering drawings, build instructions, and assembly procedures Support prototype builds, testing, modification, and continuous improvement activities Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised work environment in line with health and safety standards What We're Looking For: Proven experience in mechanical assembly — aerospace, automotive, motorsport, marine, or similar precision industries highly regarded Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to work accurately using hand tools and precision components Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation High attention to detail and a quality-focused approach to your work Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary build team If this sounds like something you are suitable for, apply now and we will be in touch!
