JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Strip down, Inspection and Reassembly of Heat Exchangers.
  • Knowledge of Shell, Tube, and Plate Heat Exchangers, Motor Coolers, Fin Fans and Radiators[FB1] [KE2] .
  • Undertake Hydrotesting.
  • Flange Management – Manual and Hydraulic Torquing and Tension.
  • Tube Expansion and Plugging.
  • General Mechanical/Pipe Fitting Duties.

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience and knowledge of repairing all types of Heat Exchangers preferred but not essential.
  • Mechanical Fitting/Maintenance background.
  • Experience of major petrochemical/refinery shutdowns.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings.
  • Willingness to work both onshore & offshore as and when required.
  • Offshore certification.
  • TMJ 10, 18 and 19 certifications.
