DRS RADA is a global pioneer of RADAR systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance. We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Test Technician to join our team. Responsibilities: Maintenance of mechanical facilities such as carts, placement fixtures, lifting and transport devices. Supervision of preventive maintenance and routine repairs. Ensuring the proper operation of machines, equipment, and mechanical systems. Identifying mechanical problems, diagnosing faults, and performing quick and accurate repairs. Ensuring compliance with relevant safety standards. Identifying opportunities for improving the operation of machines and systems. Requirements: Mechanical engineering technician - mandatory. High technical ability and systemic thinking. Ability to read and understand assembly drawings. At least 5 years of experience in an industrial company in the field of assembling electromechanical systems. Knowledge of working with OFFICE software and production floor management systems. Ability to work in a team, manage teams, and handle responsibilities. Attention to order and organization, accuracy in work. Good interpersonal communication skills. Willingness to work overtime if necessary.
