Job Description Mechanical and Tightening Process :To Monitor and Process improvements, Defining standards, instructions and aids for maintenance teams. Networking with CoC and IPN for bench marking best practice and implementation in mechanical and tightening processes Design Approval, Line build co-ordination, per-acceptance, Installation & line release. 2nd level Machine down time solving & guiding. Internal & Customer defects problem solving with PSS and PDCA approach Process improvement. (Utilization, POKAYOKE, CIP projects) Process Audits co-ordination, Capability & Calibration activity. PFMEA, CP & FPY improvements. New process development, standard template & Knowledge sharing (internal+External) Bench mark, Localization, tool life improvement. CT reduction and Horizontal deployment. NPI/EWAK/ECR/PV support Drive team through Homogeneous Working Groups meetings Conducting DFM for New products Process establishment for New Products Designing new standards for Problem solving and Process improvements Qualifications BE in Mechanical or mechatronics with 3- 4 years experience Additional Information Technical skills: Knowledge about respective process, Problem Solving Methodology with deep dive root cause analysis, DOE,PDCA, FMEA, Process Capability. As a specialist he/she has applied his knowledge successfully and independently. Has knowledge how to coach others.
