Position Name : Mechanical Tradesperson (Fitting / Machining) Position Snapshot Based in Wahgunyah, the Uncle Toby’s factory produces nutritious snacks and cereals. In this dynamic role you will support the maintenance team targets, processes and systems. You will be a reliable team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude, who can work independently as well as within a team. Position Summary Managing and participating in the repairs and maintenance of site plant and Equipment. Carrying out servicing routines on plant, equipment, and services. Reducing the number of unplanned stops through fault analysis and line improvements Improving operator maintenance skills. Commitment to continuous improvement of manufacturing industry skills, production process, plant efficiency and reliability. Maintain and improve OH&S standards in the workplace. Maintain and improve Quality in the workplace. What will make you successful Maintenance and or engineering industry experience.
