Leading & supervising the mechanical workshop Plant activities. Responsible for managing and executing all workshop-based maintenance, fabrication, and mechanical repair activities that support the plant's operations. This includes overseeing machining, welding, part fabrication, refurbishments, and tooling services to ensure high-quality, timely support for production and utilities teams. The Workshop Engineer ensures that workshop output aligns with safety, quality, and operational standards, while also managing workshop resources, tools, and budgets efficiently. This role plays a key part in maintaining plant reliability, reducing external dependency, and enhancing in-house repair capability
