  • Student in the final semesters of a bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials and Electromechanics Engineer degre, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated problem solving techniques
  • Demonstrated and applied mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to clearly express technical ideas
  • Organized with good planning and time management skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoin

Responsibilities
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors; exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques to obtaining solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and develop new process methods and technologies for fiber optic terminations
  • Support work to develop operational ranges for parameters defined as result of experimental development.
  • Support project teams and the definition of project deliverables and timelines.
  • Work with internal and external subject matter experts to identify key processing technologies
  • Review and interpret data to make recommendations on immediate actions, long term corrective actions, follow-up experiments, etc.
  • Maintain and improve a safe work environment
