QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed training as a mechatronics engineer or comparable qualification
  • Experience in the assembly of industrial machines, ideally in the field of floor cleaning technology
  • Good knowledge of mechanics, electronics and electrical engineering is desirable
  • Ability to analyse faults and systematically resolve problems
  • Ability to work in a team and communication skills
  • Willingness to undergo continuous further training
  • Microsoft Office & Outlook and ERP knowledge desirable

Responsibilities
  • Assembling mechanical, electrical and electronic components in accordance with the specified assembly instructions
  • Testing and adjusting floor cleaning machines to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Integration of control systems and programming of electronic interfaces
  • Identifying and rectifying mechanical, electrical or electronic faults during the assembly process
  • Carrying out tests to ensure the proper functioning of the machine
  • Carrying out quality checks with subsequent documentation
  • Maintaining and continuously updating assembly documentation and protocols
  • Continuous implementation of quality improvement measures
