Your tasks:

  • Mount measurement equipment in the test vehicles, including sensors, cables, ECUs and other electronic devices
  • Set into function and maintain the measurement equipment, fault tracing and bug fixing.
  • Setup, calibrate and carry out diagnosis of electronic and mechanical test measurement equipment, diagnostic equipment and sensors
  • Integration of ECU software in the test vehicles, Configuring, calibrating and coding different ADAS systems
  • Technical supervision of the garage related tasks (Define and follow the maintenance plan: Oversee service, maintenance and repairs of the vehicles, repairs of reliability lab equipment including mechanical test machines, lab bench equipment and data acquisition systems
  • Work with site management on equipment and facility related work-safety issues

Your profile:

  • Experience in assembling/disassembling car parts and in manufacturing harnesses and soldering
  • Experience with maintenance of equipment (measurement equipment), facility requirements and integration in a lab environment
  • Experience with setting up dGPS, RADAR and LIDAR systems and knowledge of vehicle networks (CAN, FlexRay, Ethernet)
  • Experience in mechatronics and testing
  • Additional (optional) Skills: Electrical qualification, Automotive high voltage training, ADTF, CANoE, CANalyzer, 3D modelling/printing, Mechanical HW design and CAD/CAM
  • Excellent English and German language skills
  • German driver license type B
