Duties Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage calendar appointments, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events. Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary. Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records. Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Perform clerical duties such as data entry, mail distribution, and office supply management. Act as a personal assistant to executives or team members when necessary. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
