We are currently seeking Med Surg Registered Nurses (RN) to join a General Medical Unit in the Peoria, Illinois area. This opportunity welcomes both experienced nurses and new graduate RNs who are looking to build their careers in a supportive clinical environment. New graduate nurses are encouraged to apply and will receive structured mentorship and clinical support. Compensation $32.61 – $49.28 per hour Shift Differentials: • $4.00 Night Shift Differential • $3.25 Weekend Differential Sign-On Bonus: • New Graduates – Up to $12,500 • 1+ Year Experience – Up to $20,000 Relocation assistance may be available and will be discussed during the interview process. Position Overview The Registered Nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support positive patient outcomes. In this role, you will protect, promote, and restore health by practicing at the highest level of your RN licensure while helping ensure coordinated and compassionate care for patients and families.
