What You'll Do * Deliver comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) * Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as ordered * Support patients’ daily needs including hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and comfort * Prioritize and delegate care activities based on patient needs * Educate patients and families, including discharge planning * Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members * Participate in rounds and monitor patient progress through lab results and documentation * Accurately document patient care and communicate updates effectively What You Need * Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska * Graduate of an accredited nursing program * Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications * Compassionate, patient-first mindset * Attention to detail and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Make a Difference Where it Matters!
