Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated Medication Technician who finds purpose in serving residents with compassion, teamwork, and attention to detail. In this role, you’ll support residents’ daily health and comfort by safely administering medications and treatments as ordered, while also providing hands-on assistance and reassurance throughout the day. Med Techs are key members of our care team, working together to ensure call lights are answered promptly and residents feel supported, respected, and cared for. This position is ideal for someone who values consistency, clear expectations, and meaningful work that directly improves the lives of others. Responsibilities
Safely administer medications and treatments to residents according to physician orders while maintaining accurate documentation. Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living and respond promptly to resident call lights.
