Description
We are looking for a Medallia Platform Expert to join our Customer Experience team within the Customer Relationship Management area. About the Role You will play a key role in our customer experience operations, working with the Medallia platform to design, build, configure, and optimize feedback journeys across the entire customer lifecycle—from sales and delivery to aftermarket and uptime services. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to shape how customer feedback is collected, analyzed, and acted upon in a global environment. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and maintain solutions on the Medallia platform Build and optimize customer feedback journeys across multiple touchpoints Implement and improve feedback loops throughout the customer lifecycle Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements Analyze feedback data and support insight-driven improvements Contribute to continuous enhancement of customer experience processes Required Qualifications 5–8 years of hands-on experience working with the Medallia platform, including configuration and backend setup Medallia Admin Certification and Product Certification (mandatory) Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and APIs Experience designing and implementing customer experience and feedback journeys Strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI and NLP technologies Knowledge of dashboards and reporting tools Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Familiarity with distributed systems Personal Qualities Analytical and detail-oriented Curious and eager to learn Strong communication and collaboration skills Proactive and solution-focused Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment What We Offer An opportunity to make a global impact by shaping customer feedback processes Collaboration with supportive and high-performing teams Exposure to innovative technologies and customer experience solutions A dynamic and international work environment
