JOB DESCRIPTION

We have a number of TVs that we need to send to customers of our online shop as quickly as possible.
Of course, orders are sometimes returned for various reasons. It is a daily challenge to work with colleagues to complete this job as well and efficiently as possible.
In addition to processing returns, sometimes, there are problems with the returned items that can be easily solved by replacing parts. This is a valuable part of our service.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• You can work full-time
• You are familiar with the use of different materials and are skilled in the use of tools
• You work accurately and clearly
• You can work independently and well in collaboration
• You can take responsibility in expected situations
• You are good at prioritizing and automatically see the work at hand
• You work in a structured way and like to solve problems
• Experience with Excel is not necessary, but an advantage

• Register returns
• Inspect returned TVs and refurbish them
• ​​Check that everything is neat and replace parts if necessary
• Keep statistics on returns
• Ensure that the workplace is kept clean and organized
