Description General Purpose of Job Medfinancial is a fast-growing company that provides excellent customer service to our healthcare clients and their patients who are seeking to resolve their healthcare obligations. You will work with patients, hospitals, physician groups and will acquire a lot of great experience in customer service, financial counseling, and healthcare collections. A Financial Advocate provides excellent customer service to the hospital’s clients and to borrowers. Duties and Responsibilities (Daily and Monthly) Financial Advocates are on the phone throughout the workday with some back-office responsibilities. Counseling patients on their healthcare invoices for collection purposes. Answering inbound calls, Completing manual outbound calls Working on outbound auto dialers. Additional duties as assigned to meet our company objectives of customer service in a patient centric manner. Excellent written & oral communication skills with an attention to detail. Work and communicate in a team environment. Team Player while being able to work independently. Computer literacy and accurate & efficient typing skills are a must. The ability to multitask and work in various computer systems simultaneously. Meet or exceed Quality Assurance standards on a daily, weekly, monthly, basis. Positive attitude, work ethic, and professionalism. Schedule adherence. Education Requirements High School Diploma Required (associate degree Preferred) Requirements Must work onsite at our office in Knoxville, TN Bilingual agents are needed as well High School Diploma required (Associates Degree Preferred) Intermediate computer skills required Excellent oral, grammatical, written, and multi-tasking skills
