Responsibilities
  • Lead the activation of global paid media programs for a designated Solution Area, ensuring continual optimization across both SAP and agency teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for media agency collaboration, particularly regarding campaign activation and optimization.
  • Coordinate and deliver all necessary assets to the agency—campaign materials, content, target account lists (TAL), etc.—to enable timely campaign launches.
  • Develop and deliver performance reports to key stakeholders.
  • Manage and implement updates to paid media plans in partnership with the media agency.
  • Develop and execute testing strategies, including format tests, A/B testing of ad copy, and pilot initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, gathering essential inputs for effective campaign execution.
  • Champion consistency and standardization by collaborating with global stakeholders and channel experts.
  • Lead the implementation of new processes and standardized workflows to improve operational efficiency.
