Description

GrowthAssistant is looking for a Media Ad Buyer - Paid Social for our growth marketing team in the US. This teammate helps launch and optimize Meta ad campaigns, using A/B testing and data analysis to improve performance. Track key metrics, report on results, and address challenges proactively. Create detailed reports and collaborate on new ad content and channels with cross-functional teams.

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and audience targeting tools.
  • Strong understanding of budget management, bid strategies, and placement optimization.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with deep links and UTM parameters for tracking and optimization.
  • Ability to interpret analytics data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving campaign issues.​​​​​​​

NICE TO HAVE

  • Meta Blueprint Certification (e.g., Meta Certified Media Buying Professional).
  • Experience working with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or third-party tracking platforms.
  • Knowledge of creative best practices for Meta Ads.​​​​​​​

Responsibilities
  • Set up and structure campaigns, ad sets, and ads within Meta.
  • Utilize campaign objectives and apply appropriate types (e.g., awareness, consideration, conversion).
  • Use Meta’s audience targeting options, including demographics, interests, behaviors, and custom audiences.
  • Create and manage lookalike audiences to reach similar potential customers.
  • Set and manage budgets and bid strategies, understanding both daily and lifetime budgets, bid caps, and bid multipliers.
  • Implement and manage deep links for app or website-specific content.
  • Apply UTM parameters for ad tracking and integrate with analytics tools.
  • Set up and analyze A/B tests to refine creatives, audiences, and strategies.
  • Use Meta Ads Reporting to track key KPIs, assess campaign effectiveness, and calculate customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Monitor campaign performance regularly and troubleshoot issues in real time to optimize delivery.
