We are hiring for a newly created role in our business, which is a Group Media & Agency Manager.    Purpose   This role is responsible for supporting markets Australia, and South East Asia, to deliver high-quality, insight-led media and influencer activity. It focuses on translating Blackmores’ evidence-based media strategy into strong local execution through guidance, coordination, and quality assurance with appointed agency village—rather than direct media execution. The role acts as a central point of support and traffic management across markets, helping ensure consistency, prioritisation, and effective collaboration across the broader agency ecosystem, as well as improving how agencies are appointed, set up, and work together.    This role reports to the Director of Digital, Data & Insights. Given this is a newly created role, we are looking for an experienced professional to join us on a part-time basis up to 4 days per week. This role is expected to work three days in office (either Warriewood or Surry Hills office) and one day from home      What we offer?     * A pioneering role to establish a Media and Agency Management role to support markets with their media execution with their respective markets.  * Opportunities to support your local community through paid community leave   * Great benefits to support your health and wellbeing, including access to discounted products   * Mental health support for you and your family through our Sonder assistance program       What will you do?   * Media Planning Quality & Guidance: Review and guide markets media briefs and plans to ensure they meet best practice standards and are strategically sound.   * Execution Oversight & Traffic Management: Oversee the flow of media activity across markets and agencies, ensuring timely delivery, visibility of pipelines, and proactive resolution of risks or issues.  * Agency Partnership & Contract Management: Own the global media agency relationship, including contract governance, performance management, compliance, and value delivery.  * Integrated Planning & Agency Alignment: Lead the IMC and annual media planning process, ensuring strong integration across media, creative, influencer, and localisation workflows within the agency village.  * Market Support & Partnership Development: Enable markets to establish and optimise media and influencer partnerships, sharing best practices while balancing media effectiveness   * Capability Building, Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Drive internal capability, foster innovation through partners, leverage data and tools (e.g., dashboards), and lead continuous improvement via structured feedback and test-and-learn initiatives.        Who are you?    * A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Media and Digital Marketing related courses.  * Possess significant experience across media, agency management, or integrated marketing environments (client or agency side), with senior media planning experience highly preferred.  * Evidence-Based Media Expertise: Strong understanding of evidence-based media planning (including Ehrenberg-Bass principles), with the ability to translate strategy into effective market execution  * Proven capability managing agency relationships and contracts, including performance delivery, governance, and commercial frameworks.  * Multi-Market Operating Experience across Australia and Asia markets will be beneficial.  * Demonstrated experience working across multiple markets, balancing global consistency with local flexibility and execution needs.  * Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly in matrixed or non-direct reporting environments Integrated Partnerships & Ecosystems Exposure  * Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, with a strong attention to detail and a data-led, continuous improvement mindset       Blackmores Group is a leading natural health company with proud Australian heritage, with extensive reach across Asia Pacific.  Founded by visionary naturopath Maurice Blackmore in 1932, our vision is to connect every person on earth to the healing power of nature by combining our knowledge of nature and science to deliver quality health solutions to people and their pets everywhere, every day.        Blackmores Group operates in over 12 markets, with headquarters and a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Australia, and offices across South East Asia and China.      Agencies please note: this recruitment assignment is being managed directly by Blackmores Talent Acquisition team.
