As Retail Media Agency Partner Lead (12-month maternity cover), you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our agency business. You’ll be responsible for nurturing key agency relationships, driving commercial performance, and leading our retail media proposition with innovation and strategic insight.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Lead and grow agency partnerships in alignment with Tesco Media’s commercial objectives.
  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to agency partners - offering tailored retail media solutions that fuel mutual success.
  • Take a sales-led, data-informed approach to exceeding agency performance targets - owning pipeline management, revenue growth, and long-term planning.
  • Represent Tesco Media externally across industry events, forums, and key agency meetings to enhance presence and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with dunnhumby and wider stakeholders to support the development and commercialization of our digital products and capabilities.
  • Build on and expand relationships with Out-of-Home (OOH) specialists - delivering against performance targets and identifying new opportunities.
  • Champion a collaborative, high-performing culture across the agency team - driving continuous innovation and excellence.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights from dunnhumby’s measurement reports to stakeholders post-campaign.

What we expect from you:

  • A strong sales background with a proven ability to unlock incremental revenue and drive strategic partnerships.
  • Strategic thinking and a deep understanding of the omnichannel media landscape - retail media experience is a significant advantage.
  • Deep knowledge of the agency ecosystem, including key players, commercial models, and experience in building trade agreements or joint business plans.
  • Strong understanding of the OOH landscape and the dynamics of OOH specialists.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and a natural ability to engage agency partners at a senior level.
