OVERVIEW Reports to: Admissions and Marketing Manager Appointed by: Head of School Key Responsibilities: 1. Content Production & Creative Design Capture, edit, and archive high-quality photography and video for social media and official publications. Maintain updated student photography displays across the campus. Design and distribute school communications, including weekly newsletters and promotional collateral (flyers, brochures, posters). Lead the end-to-end design, production, and vendor management of the annual ISB Yearbook. 2. Digital Presence & Brand Management Maintain the official school website and social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.). Ensure the ISB Brand Manual is strictly followed and periodically updated. Manage public listings and business platforms to ensure all school information is accurate. Generate and distribute press releases for noteworthy events. 3. Asset & Administrative Management Oversee the lifecycle of photography/videography equipment, including inventory, staff/student checkout procedures, and digital reservations. Manage invoices and expense claims for digital subscriptions and creative software tools. 4. Alumni Relations Manage the Alumni network and database. Direct the production and publishing of the bi-annual Alumni Magazine. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT AND EVALUATION This is a full time position Employment contract is annually renewed Conditions of employment are guided by the most up to date school policies Appraisal and Evaluation of this position will be conducted by the Admissions and Marketing Manager. WORKING HOURS Working hours are between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday. It is expected that the employee will take on any reasonable additional duties as requested by the Admissions and Marketing Manager, some of which may occur outside normal working hours. The employee shall be entitled to 35 working days paid vacation per fiscal year. Among those 35 days, legally granted annual leave days are included.
