We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Media Auditor that will be responsible for validating the quality, to ensure compliance, accuracy, and quality control in digital media assets. The role involves reviewing media files, metadata, and delivery specifications, identifying inconsistencies, and ensuring adherence to industry standards. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital media workflows and quality assurance practices. Responsibilities: Audit digital media assets for quality and compliance. Ensure adherence to platform and industry specifications. Identify and document errors, inconsistencies, and missing data. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve flagged issues. Maintain accurate records of audit results and quality trends. Perform detailed quality control checks on digital assets, identifying technical errors Cross-check assets against platform delivery guidelines Assist in process improvements by identifying recurring issues and suggesting preventive measures. Monitor workflow efficiency and recommend improvements in quality control processes. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and evolving platform standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Media or equivalent education. Experience in digital media, content distribution, or quality control. Familiarity with media specifications, codecs, and metadata standards. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous approach to reviewing content. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of file formats (MP4, MOV, WAV, etc.), encoding standards, and QC tools. Experience with content management systems and workflow tracking tools.
