What You’ll Do: As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for negotiating and procuring advertising inventory for their clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure advertisements effectively reach target audiences through high-quality channels while optimising budgets. Key Duties/ Responsibilities: Identify target audiences and plan media campaigns Compare and negotiate rates, ad space, and airtime Optimise plans and budgets for the best media mix Prepare schedules and adjust when needed Experiment with new platforms and channels Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI) Report to clients and build long-term relationships Requirements and Skills: BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field Proven experience (1+ years) as a Media Buyer or similar role, with a preference for digital media experience Familiarity with media-buying, planning, and research Interest in following advertising and media trends Working knowledge of media analytics software (e.g. comScore) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail Critical thinking skills Remuneration Package: Competitive salary depending on experience Bonus based on performance Full-time, hybrid employment (2 days from home, 3 days from our office-central location in Bucharest) Office working hours, with a 1-hour break 20 days annual leave, with sick leave based on a medical certificate.
