We’re not looking for a “set it and forget it” buyer — we need someone who blends data-driven strategy, creative execution, and funnel expertise to build campaigns that truly convert.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience running U.S.-based ad campaigns.
  • Proven success with high-ticket offers (home services, roofing, luxury wellness, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of GoHighLevel (GHL), including funnels, automations, and reporting.
  • Experience designing, testing, and optimizing funnels and landing pages.
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and retargeting strategies.
  • A sharp creative eye — you know how to produce or direct ad visuals and copy that convert.
  • Comfort with light design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) to support ad creative needs.
  • Confidence in budget management, KPI analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Ability to take initiative: test, iterate, and never “set it and forget it.”
  • Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As our Media Buyer, you will own the full cycle of ad campaigns: strategy, creative, execution, and optimization. You’ll collaborate closely with our team on ad design and messaging, but you’ll also be expected to bring your own ideas, creativity, and funnel knowledge to the table.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, launch, and manage high-performing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
  • Provide creative direction for ad production (copy + design) to ensure ads stop the scroll and convert.
  • Monitor budgets and pacing to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Analyze performance data and deliver clear, actionable reports.
  • Test creative angles, audiences, funnels, and offers — then optimize based on results.
  • Build and collaborate on funnels, landing pages, and GoHighLevel (GHL) automations to ensure seamless lead flow and conversions.
  • Stay current with platform updates, best practices, and competitor trends.
