Position Summary As a Media Buyer, you'll work across traditional and digital media channels to develop strategic paid media recommendations for effective advertising campaigns on behalf of an assigned client roster. Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with matching Hybrid + remote options Open PTO Cell Phone Stipend Professional development Requirements Position Responsibilities – Essential Function as account contact under the supervision of assigned account leader to implement traditional and digital advertising campaigns Identify target audiences and understand their behavior and habits Collect and analyze market data; providing rationale for all recommendations to establish the optimal media mix Compare and negotiate rates and added value Coordinate, monitor and evaluate media campaigns Manage budgets and return on investment Ensure creative assets and deadlines are communicated effectively to Creative Team Monitor performance, identify insights and implement optimizations to digital campaigns in accordance with established KPIs Prepare client invoices and manage reconciliation Prepare quarterly/monthly business reviews Supervise, delegate to, and develop direct reports within the team Travel as needed/assigned for client meetings, training opportunities, etc. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned 2+ years of Office 365, with advanced Excel proficiency Essential Skills and Experience Proficient knowledge of various research tools (Strata, Advantage, The Trade Desk, Tableau, etc. highly preferred) Base understanding of the media planning/buying process Foundational digital knowledge/skills; including proficiency in Google Ads, demand side platforms, and FB platforms Proactive and clear communication Strong collaborator Ability to self-manage and prioritize Fundamental understanding of self and social awareness Open to feedback Adaptable Infinity Marketing is a diverse organization that provides equal opportunity in employment and has a policy of zero tolerance against discrimination or harassment during employment on the grounds of race, color, religion, ethnicity, use of native language, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, veteran status, age, genetic information, or any other status protected under applicable federal, state, or local laws.
