Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own daily account management of lead gen campaigns on Google (Search, PMax, LSAs), Meta, and Bing
  • Spearhead onboarding and technical integrations with new clients
  • Drive performance with a focus on CPL, CPA, and lead-to-quote/sale conversion rates
  • Implement and troubleshoot WhatConverts, CallRail, GTM, Enhanced Conversions, Meta CAPI, UTM tracking, and offline uploads
  • Integrate CRMs and platforms like SmartMoving, Jobber, ServiceTitan, HubSpot, ClickFunnels
  • Build and maintain automations via Zapier, Make.com, APIs, and webhooks to streamline lead flow and eliminate manual work
  • Debug complex attribution issues (duplicate forms, broken GCLIDs, mismatched CAPI, cross-domain tracking)
  • Maintain and evolve reporting systems: Google Ads Scripts → Google Sheets → Slack alerts
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure alignment on client performance and growth
  • Occasionally jump in client calls/emails to provide technical insight
