Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

We’re looking for an experienced Media Buyer who knows how to acquire traffic at scale and optimize performance across native, display, video, and other relevant channels. Your job is to make sure the right people are seeing the right ads—at the right cost.
This is a hands-on buying role with a clear focus: drive high-quality traffic that converts.
You’ll work closely with our Lead Ad Developer (who’s responsible for ad creative) and our in-house Analyst (who focuses on reporting, conversion rates, and funnel performance). Your job is to own the buying strategy and execution.
We already have strong creative and conversion support in place—we now need someone who can lead from the buying side.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid media campaigns (across platforms like TrafficJunky, ExoClick, Google, etc.)
  • Launch, scale, and test campaigns with a focus on KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPM, ROI, and CPA
  • Handle audience targeting, bidding strategies, budgets, placements, and ad scheduling
  • Collaborate with the Analyst to dig into performance data, identify opportunities, and monitor funnel behaviour
  • Work with the Lead Ad Developer and Analyst to test new creatives and communicate what’s working (and what isn’t)
  • Tailor buying strategy by GEO, device, platform, and user behavior trends
  • Coordinate landing page testing and performance tracking with the broader sales and analytics team
  • Monitor competitive activity, market shifts, and traffic trends to stay ahead of the curve
  • Manage and maintain campaign hygiene: proper UTM tracking, ad ID setup, blacklist/whitelist, etc.
