Al Rasikhoon Real Estate is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Media Buyer / Performance Marketer to lead and manage our digital advertising campaigns. This is a key position focused on generating high-quality leads across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in real estate performance marketing, deep analytical skills, and a passion for optimizing ad spend to maximize return on investment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising and media buying.
· Proficiency in Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat ad platforms is a must.
· Strong background in lead generation, preferably within the real estate sector.
· Solid understanding of performance tracking tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), or AppsFlyer.
· Familiarity with creative tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop is an advantage.
· Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and time management skills.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· Fluency in Arabic is required.
· Plan, execute, and optimize performance-based campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
· Develop and implement strategies focused on real estate lead generation and conversion.
· Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
· Conduct A/B testing across ad formats, messaging, audience segments, and channels.
· Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
· Optimize budgets and bids to achieve maximum ROI while maintaining lead quality.
· Stay up to date with the latest platform updates, trends, and best practices in performance marketing.
· Work closely with internal teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.
