Position: Media Buying Affiliate Manager Location: Limassol, Cyprus Employment type: Full-time Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Affiliate Manager with strong experience in traffic acquisition, affiliate partnerships, and performance marketing across LATAM markets. In this role, you will manage affiliate relationships, optimize paid partnership channels, and drive measurable client acquisition growth across the region. Duties & Responsibilities: Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate networks, media buyers, and direct traffic sources across LATAM markets Support negotiation and optimization of CPA, Revenue Share, and hybrid partnership models in collaboration with internal stakeholders Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as CPA, NGR, LTV, and ROI to drive continuous improvement Test and scale new traffic sources across display, native, push, social, SEO, and content channels Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to improve landing pages, funnels, and overall conversion performance Ensure partner activities align with brand guidelines and compliance requirements Support reporting, budget tracking, forecasting, and performance analysis processes Contribute to campaign localization to ensure cultural relevance across LATAM markets Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to support growth strategies. Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate management and/or media buying, preferably focused on LATAM markets. Proven success managing media budgets and delivering acquisition results against defined KPIs. Strong knowledge of affiliate networks, CPA platforms, and traffic sources operating across Latin America. Existing relationships with LATAM affiliate networks, publishers, or media buying partners are highly advantageous. Fluency in English is required; Spanish or Portuguese is considered a strong advantage. Ability to work independently while managing multiple partnerships in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Experience conducting A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels. Background managing influencer or streamer partnerships within LATAM markets. Comfortable working across LATAM time zones while being based in Cyprus.
