Job description summary: This role will be responsible for assisting Japanese expatriates, managing business trip arrangements, handling translations, and supporting marketing communication initiatives including order management, product complaints, and promotional activities. Job description: Handle expatriate-related matters including mobile expense claims and business trip arrangements (application, routing letters, settlement). Provide assistance during expatriate on-site visits. Translate and proofread business documents (Japanese–English/Indonesian). Provide direct interpretation during meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM). Support marketing communication: order & complaint handling, B2B/B2C coordination, sponsorship requests. Manage promotional activities (media, memberships, shipments). Job requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proficiency in Japanese (minimum JLPT N2); able to translate and interpret fluently. Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken. 1–2 years of experience in marketing communication, administration, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong Japanese language skills are welcome to apply). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Willingness to travel for business trips if required. Placement in BSD (Tangerang Selatan).
