The Media Content Developer - Videographer/Photographer at Seprod Limited will play a vital role in capturing and producing visual content to promote our products and corporate identity. This role involves creating engaging videos and photographs for various media platforms, ensuring high-quality outputs that align with our branding strategy. The ideal candidate will be adept at both shooting and editing content, working collaboratively with the creative team to enhance our media presence. Key Responsibilities: Filming and producing promotional videos for products and corporate profiles. Ensuring all equipment is prepared and functional prior to shoots. Coordinating shoot plans with the creative team to meet timelines. Editing video footage in post-production to produce final content. Directing team members during shoots for optimal results. Organizing photoshoots and liaising with vendors as needed. Setting up camera equipment proficiently for video tasks. Assisting in the development of storyboards for video content. Contributing to creative sessions within the company. Adhering to the company’s safety and operational standards. Completing additional related tasks as assigned by the Creative & Communications Manager. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in video production and editing. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video production software. Skills: Communication: Strong ability to communicate with various stakeholders effectively. Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work outside normal hours when necessary. Creative Thinking: Ability to generate ideas and solutions creatively and effectively. Critical Thinking: Evaluating problems and developing sound solutions. Team Work: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and independently as needed.
