SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly creative, organized, and self-directed Media & Content Manager to lead our visual storytelling and social media presence. In this multifaceted role, you will plan and produce high-quality photos and videos of our RV products, manage content across digital channels, and represent the brand at RV events nationwide. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for media, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while also coordinating closely with operations, marketing, and events teams. This person will play a key role in shaping how our customers see and experience our brand across digital platforms and in-person events.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required - 2 to 5 years of experience in photography, videography, or media production
Proven management or team leadership experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.)
Experience managing social media platforms for a brand or business
Strong storytelling, editing, and creative direction skills
Valid drivers license and ability to safely tow a camper using a company truck
Ability to travel up to 25% of the year (mostly domestic)
Highly self-motivated and organized Preferred
Experience in the RV, automotive, outdoor lifestyle, or consumer product space
On-camera communication skills or event coordination experience

Media Production
Plan, stage, shoot, and edit photos and videos of RV products (interior, exterior, lifestyle, promotional)
Schedule and execute content shoots at our facility and offsite locations
Maintain and organize a content library for use across digital and print channels Social Media & Digital Strategy
Manage and grow our presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
Develop and schedule content calendars
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and analyze performance metrics Event Coverage & Support (25% Travel)
Attend RV shows and marketing events across the U.S.
Capture live media (photos/videos) at events and interact with potential customers to educate and promote the brand
Transport RV units and equipment to and from events or photoshoots (towing required) Leadership & Collaboration
Work closely with the Director of Operations to align content strategy with company goals
May supervise a part-time media assistant or intern
Recommend tools, gear, or processes to improve content efficiency and quality
