We send out 250 million newsletters a year. That's 8 emails per second for more than 150 online shops, and someone designed every single one of them – and that's exactly why we're looking for you!

A little about us: We are Rügamer & Steiner from Düsseldorf, a team of over 35 people, and we do email marketing for e-commerce brands. We are looking for someone to design newsletters and also develop the copy.

Tasks

Your tasks are ready in the morning. One shop needs a sales newsletter, another is introducing a new category. You read through the briefing, consider the layout, select the blocks from our Figma design system, and adapt the graphics and text, sometimes using AI. Then the newsletter goes to the client for approval and is sent out.

You manage 30 to 40 brands. Each one looks different, and you decide how.

qualification

High level of commitment: We give it our all, 100% on-site with the team in Düsseldorf.
Eye for aesthetics: You have an eye for what looks good and are confident using a copy tool.
Extremely quick learner: You can learn new tools in days.
Ambition and self-motivation: You accept feedback and improve every week.
You are, of course, familiar with AI tools.
You work well and quickly. You create texts that sell and designs that convince.
You want to take responsibility for the whole thing , not just your part of it.

Figma, newsletters, or design training? Not a must.

Eye, speed, and attitude are what matter. We'll teach you the rest.
