Your responsibilities:

  • Receiving media materials / files provided in electronic and physical form;
  • Saving media materials in proper locations on internal servers;
  • Assisting in archiving content from servers;
  • Creating and delivering metadata files;
  • Assisting in control of due dates for receiving and sending media materials in cooperation with project coordinators;
  • Initial control of incoming media materials;

Our requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Mac OS and Windows operating systems;
  • English on at least B2 level;
  • Native level of Polish language;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Ability to work under time pressure;
  • Communication skills and ability to work in a team;
  • Good time management and organizational skills;
  • Availability at evenings - 1 week per month
