We have an exciting opportunity for an entry level Media Executive to join our growing team in Leeds. You will work closely with your Line Manager/s and team to implement and execute Media campaigns across a whole spectrum of Media channels including TV, Paid Search, Paid Social, Display Programmatic, OOH, Radio and Press.

Responsibilities
  • Working on TV, Out of Home, Paid Social, Paid Search and Programmatic campaigns (e.g.. Facebook; Twitter & Instagram, Google, Linear TV and Connected TV & Audio)
  • Optimising media campaigns, using data to inform decisions.
  • Analysing all client and media owner outputs
  • Highlight invoice queries and raise to line manager
  • Ensure all bookings are on the system (DDS) in a timely manner
  • Spot matching and schedules
  • Use of schedule and spreadsheet calculations
  • Planning and administration (use of DDS/AdIntel/Echo/RAPS/Excel/bespoke digital systems)
  • Check insertions against media schedules and update
  • Assisting planners with assimilation of client data for analysis purposes
  • Assisting planners with response analysis and optimisation
  • Vouchering, COIs, and delivery instructions.
  • Develop Media owner relationships
  • Monitoring future TV programming and monthly TV reconciliations
