THE INDIGO EXPERIENCE

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording, editing, and uploading lessons for students to access through our Learning Portal. Additionally, the Media Executive will provide essential IT support and assist with marketing production.
Responsibilities:

Lesson Recording and Editing:

• Record, edit, and upload lessons to the learning portal.
• Ensure high-quality video and audio production.
• Manage and organize digital content.

IT Support:

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic connectivity and network issues.
• Address hardware and software-related issues for laptops.
• Implement and manage simple cybersecurity protocols.
• Provide first-line support for any technical issues.

Marketing Production:

• Set up filming equipment for marketing content.
• Record marketing videos.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging content.

Requirements:

• Basic experience in video recording and editing.
• Basic IT support skills, including troubleshooting connectivity and hardware/software issues.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols.
• Availability to work on weekends and/or Public Holidays.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in an educational setting.
• Background in media production.
