REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in operating video and sound equipment, as well as video editing and other tools/software used in producing online learning materials.
• Experience in IT system administration and engineering.
• Strong background in video production and editing.
• Willingness to work on both weekend and/or Public Holiday as required.

• Ensure all media equipment is fully operational and facilities function at an optimal level.
• Assist in the development of content as required.
• Perform routine maintenance of equipment and provide first-level technical support to the team.
• Offer creative input and consultation for both curriculum and non-curriculum projects.
• Plan resources and manpower according to project scope.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to manage schedules and timelines.
• Implement proper quality control processes.
• Maintain accurate records of operational activities, cost inventory, and resource usage.
• Clear completed projects from operational storage and archive them appropriately.
• Assess and plan for future storage and archival needs.
