POSITION SUMMARY

We are actively seeking one full-time Senior Project Manager. This candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning workflow for agency account team members and overarching PM-related implementations to keep media campaigns running smoothly. The successful candidate will work as part of an integrated team of peers, clients, and partners based in Canada. (Montreal, Toronto & Vancouver)
This role requires someone who can work with key stakeholders to ensure the planning & execution process is flawlessly executed while keeping Media Experts’ business objectives top of mind.
The candidate will drive automation and process improvements as part of the overall business objective to elevate workflow, create operational excellence and support assigned account group(s).

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Loves making workflows more efficient.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. (mainly Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
• Fluent in English. (French fluency also required for Quebec candidates)
• Post-secondary education in project management, media, advertising, communications, business administration or other relevant fields or 3-4 years work experience, working within an advertising/media agency environment or connex industry with Project Management experience/education.
• Ability to embrace and learn internal project management tools and systems (Asana)
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
• Highly developed organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent ability to manage and prioritize time effectively
• Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, assisting the team, self-development, etc.
• Strong learning agility, with a passion for continuous development
