ABOUT THE ROLE
The Media Finance Manager is part of the Media Department and will partner with our media planning teams across a portfolio of multiple brands, to approve and reconcile media out of pocket spend. The Media Finance Manager will approve all display media invoices and reconcile each month, track approved media SOWs and MAFs (Media Authorization Form) for each campaign. The Media Finance Manager will be asked to attend monthly meetings between media brand teams and agency finance to ensure media finance tracking is correct with all parties. The role will also include managing vendor contracting and onboarding new vendor partners.
