Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Creditcare Credit Management is looking for a dynamic and creative female Media & Influencer Engagement Specialist to manage our social media presence and build strong partnerships with influencers and content creators. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand visibility, managing online campaigns, and driving engagement across all major platforms.
This position is ideal for someone who is confident on camera, understands the digital marketing landscape, and can consistently create, post, and engage with content and influencers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, create, and publish daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Identify, reach out to, and build partnerships with relevant female influencers and content creators
  • Monitor social media trends, reels, and viral content to keep our platforms fresh and engaging
  • Coordinate influencer campaigns from planning to execution
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an online community
  • Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement
  • Represent the company in front-facing content (if required), such as stories, live videos, or reels
  • Ensure brand consistency and maintain a professional yet relatable online presence
