Job Description Define a regional media planning strategy across top funnel media channels for a select of markets in EMEA across offline environments Define & lead media planning, buying together with the central team and countries’ Marketing Managers Prepare efficient media strategies that are measurable and scalable Work with local media partners to implement global media guidelines set by HQ Establish cross-functional relationships internally at Glovo and externally with media partners / media vendors Contribute to the global media measurement plans aimed at gauging and optimizing media performance across offline channels Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of solid media planning, buying and execution across top funnel media (TV, OOH, radio, OTT, connected TV etc) in a top tier media agency or an in-house company (preferably FMCG) Minimum 3 years of solid technical TV planning and buying experience Proven experience defining investment strategy and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and non-digital channels Proven experience working on top funnel cross-screen measurement solutions (TV or other offline media) Proven track record of managing relationships with agencies, delivering feedback and working under tight timelines Analytical mindset and comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges A deep understanding of paid, owned and earned media channels, being comfortable tracking and reporting on established performance marketing KPIs Proficient in English Great interpersonal & influencing skills EMEA experience Worked on Direct Response clients and used Direct Response tools Understand Media Inflation and mitigation tactics Additional Information Here at Glovo, we thrive on diversity, we believe it enhances our teams, products, and culture.
