Company Description Job Description As the Media Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing the paid & owned media strategy for the CL/PE/UY Sales Market. You will closely collaborate with Regional performance media & the owned media specialist to create strong 360 plans for your markets Drive media plan excellence with your media agency & media teams in the sales market to maximize the media budget all driven from the Global & Regional Guidelines. You will work closely with marketing, sales and analytics teams to ensure successful campaign implementation, optimization, and performance measurement across various paid media channels. WHAT YOU DO Implement comprehensive paid & owned media strategies aligned with the organization's & regions marketing objectives and target audience. Identify & set key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of paid media campaigns from a sales market perspective based on regional guidance Set and drive optimal media mix and maximize media efficiency across paid reach & owned media together with performance lead for performance and owned media. You will secure campaign planning and media buys, whilst being consistent with the brand’s identity. Collaborate with the Sales markets teams to allocate the paid media budget effectively across different campaigns and channels based on regional guidance for performance and secure optimum media mix based on return investment (ROI). Secure media goals are set across markets to ensure media excellence, aligned with global & regional strategy, goals, target audience & media channel guidelines. Support loyalty specialist on budget, goal settings for the program as well as strategic focuses prioritization Set detailed media plans, including targeting strategies, ad formats, budget breakdowns, and timeline for campaign. Set & secure owned channel strategy & plan is made in close collaboration Marketing & ECOM teams to ensure a holistic plan cross app, site, social, email and push. You and your team are responsible to plan and execute on key tactics, based on the Relationship Phases, to maximise the owned media channels. Collaborate closely with content creation teams & Regional production hub to secure the content calendar resonates with the target audience across all channels Utilize data analytics and performance insights to optimize media plans, and targeting parameters. Continuously monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI working closely with the Regional media team. Overall key responsible for MMM in the market and to submit relevant data points. Evaluate the perception of the brand in the market and among target audiences based on the brand tracker results. Identify strengths and weaknesses of the brand image and recommend strategies to enhance brand equity. Prepare regular performance reports and analysis for brand & owned media, providing key insights to stakeholders and presenting actionable recommendations for campaign improvements from a media perspective. Stay updated on the latest media trends, advertising platforms, and industry best practices to drive innovation and competitiveness across paid & owned in your sales market. Lead your team and collaborate closely with regional media & performance media lead. Responsible for day to day operations with local media agency partners and give input to secure optimum setup across markets. WHO YOU ARE You have strong brand and customer focus with proven ability to set goals, drive results and take strategy into action. You are analytical, strategic, and are well-skilled in how to take insights into action, with a passion and understanding of media, brand and customer. You have a strong media background and competence, and are able to connect the dots from brand through to performance to build and develop plans through the full customer journey. You enjoy working both with planning as well as hands-on with day to day operations to drive owned & paid media excellence in your sales market. Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. A relevant post-graduate degree or certifications are advantageous. Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in paid media planning and digital advertising. Experience from owned media planning is meriting Skills Strong understanding how to influence Brand KPI’s and the means to achieve a shift in consumer mindset. Strong understanding of various paid media channels and platforms across paid & owned media. Experience with media planning tools and analytics platforms to analyze and optimize campaign performance. Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey media plans and performance reports to stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines. Strong planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
