Responsibilities

ROLE OBJECTIVE:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven (OOH) media sales professional to help grow our business in Germany and Austria. In this role, your main focus will be driving direct media sales , while also contributing to the overall growth of our business. If you have a strong sales mindset, take ownership of your projects (we don’t believe in micromanagement and value a self-driven approach), thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with brands and agencies, this could be the perfect role for you!

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive direct sales for our advertising spaces in shopping centres across Germany & Austria, with a focus on non-digital media (e.g., banners, big posters, escalator branding, etc.)
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop both short-term deals and long-term partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, brands, and direct clients
  • Support the Media & Partnerships Manager in managing media partners and maximizing revenue from existing agreements
  • Develop tailored media solutions and packages for brands, agencies, and retailers
  • Provide insights and recommendations on media strategies to optimize revenue growth
  • Support the budgeting process with data-driven analysis and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Center Management, etc.) to explore and implement new media opportunities
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging media opportunities
