JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for a Media Manager to lead and execute innovative media investment strategies across all paid touchpoints for WINNERS, Marshalls, and HomeSense. This role is your opportunity to make a significant impact by shaping the implementation of integrated campaigns that align with department and corporate goals. Responsibilities
  • Manages the implementation of integrated paid media strategies for TJX Canada banners, aligning to the overall annual brand strategies, plans and budgets
  • Acts as lead liaison with the media agency to brief and build media plans, develop new media opportunities, drive innovation and analyze results
  • Monitors and evaluates campaign tracking, measurement (including Marketing Mix Modelling), reporting and make optimization recommendations
  • Consults with Brand, Gift Card, Loyalty Corporate Social Responsibility and Consumer Insights peers to identify and clarify communication objectives, in order to translate them into strong annual and seasonal media briefs and plans
