ABOUT YOU

We expect that you are:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant education program with at least one year remaining, or have an educational background in marketing, videography, or similar, and are looking for a part-time position.
  • Passionate about driving the visual identity and recognition of EMRI’s content.
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable learning and using new IT tools, including AI-based technologies.
  • Fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has a strong eye for visual communication. You are driven by the challenge of creating engaging content that captures the audience’s attention and effectively communicates complex messages in a simple and inspiring way

Responsibilities

As a Media & Marketing Assistant at EMRI A/S, you will work closely with the marketing and sales team and play a key role in developing our sales materials, including brochures, data sheets and presentations, while also contributing to our growing online presence through our website and Partner Portal.
With your creativity and strong sense of visual communication, you will add significant value to our continuous successful engagement with both existing and new customers.

Your Responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and update graphic materials such as brochures, PowerPoint presentations, advertisements and online content.
  • Help ensure that our Partner Portal is always up to date with the latest sales and marketing materials.
  • Assist in planning and creating new materials for product launches.
  • Assist in creating a media library for our product portfolio.
  • Support trade shows and events, as well as handle ad hoc tasks related to sales and marketing, such as updating reference lists, distributing merchandise etc.

You will report to Marketing Manager, Martin Pinstrup, and be part of the Sales & Marketing department, working closely with colleagues from Innovation and Projects & Service.
This is a part-time position, requiring 10 to 20 hours per week. Working hours will generally be within standard office hours, but some flexibility may be required for special occasions.
