POSITION OVERVIEW

Hanson Dodge is seeking a Media Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of media campaigns. This entry-level role is designed for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in an operationally focused environment and is eager to build a career in media and marketing operations.
The Media Operations Coordinator will contribute to campaign implementation, quality assurance, trafficking, and reporting support, ensuring that campaigns run smoothly and efficiently. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of media channels while learning from a team of experienced strategists and specialists.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (particularly Excel/Sheets).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Internship or 1–2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or project coordination.
  • Familiarity with media trafficking process, campaign management platforms, or analytics tools.
