Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Media Operations Executive to join our Paid Media Advertising Team in the APAC region. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with foundational experience in digital advertising who is eager to grow within media operations.
You will work closely with the Media Operations Manager to support the implementation, reporting, and maintenance of paid media campaigns across Search and Social platforms. This role is perfect for someone excited to gain hands-on experience in campaign execution and performance support within a fast-paced agency environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Media Operations Manager in launching and managing paid campaigns across Search and Social platforms — primarily Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Assist in setting up campaign structures including ad copies, audiences, tracking URLs, and naming conventions across platforms.
  • Compile, organize, and maintain campaign performance reports using tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Conduct quality checks (QA) on campaigns prior to launch to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Assist with creative trafficking and uploading assets to various ad platforms.
  • Maintain trackers, campaign documentation, and asset libraries to ensure smooth workflows and collaboration.
  • Coordinate closely with internal account teams to meet timelines and deliver campaign requirements.
  • Support operational process improvements and documentation updates as needed.
